Mark Daigneault is an American professional basketball coach and head coach for the Oklahoma City Thunder of the National Basketball Association (NBA).
From 2003 until 2007, Daigneault worked as a student manager for Jim Calhoun at UConn, where he started his coaching career.
After receiving his education bachelor's degree, Daigneault initially wanted to pursue a master's degree, but Calhoun and associate head coach George Blaney strongly advised him to take an assistant coaching position at Holy Cross instead.
From 2010 to 2014, Daigneault served as an assistant coach for the Florida Gators.
From 2014 to 2019, he served as the head coach of the Oklahoma City Blue of the NBA G League, a team connected to the Oklahoma City Thunder of the NBA.
Daigneault rejoined the Thunder as an assistant during the 2019–20 NBA season, reuniting him with head coach Billy Donovan, who coached the Gators while Daigneault was an assistant.
The Thunder elevated Daigneault to head coach on November 11, 2020.
